Our Commitment

Aidacare, in conjunction with our supply partners Sunrise Medical, Otto Bock and Pride, are proud to be recognized suppliers of a large number of products listed on the current SOA MASS25/6/1 for Wheelchairs. The Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) as above, is in effect a list of preferred products, which MASS is offered for purchase at contracted prices. Each product has a MASS-specific order form, which must be completed and submitted with the application. In addition to SOA items (manual and powered wheelchairs), Aidacare is also able to supply other MASS-subsidised equipment, including special purpose wheelchairs, pressure cushions and specialised seating components, mobile and static commodes, pressure care mattresses and other bedroom, bathroom and ADL equipment.

Aidacare offer a broad range of services to MASS prescribers and clients including:

• Access to an extensive range of SOA and other demonstration stock for trial throughout Queensland;
• Specialist sales staff to assist with trials and support prescription of customised and specialised equipment;
• Clinical specialists to provide additional advice and support for healthcare professionals;
• Clinical education and support;
• Free on-site warranty support for all SOA products (no callout fees);
• Service & repair department;
• General customer service and support including the booking of equipment trials, catalogue orders and an generic enquiries.
