Aidacare are proud to be a WorkSafe contracted service provider for equipment and related services, effective September 2008. Our commitment to all WorkSafe stakeholders including prescribing health care professionals and most importantly, the WorkSafe client, is to provide the very best service and product quality available to assist in workers rehabilitation.

Aidacare offer a broad range of services to WorkSafe clients including:       

• Provision of clinical advice and support for healthcare professionals       
• Access to extensive range of over 10000 equipment types available in the Aidacare equipment catalogue.
• To assist safe and speedy hospital discharge, we offer treating therapists the convenience of ordering equipment directly with Aidacare via ‘hospital direct order form’ (download available on this site).
• A massive range of hire equipment
• Repairs
  Urgent and non-urgent maintenance
  On-site
  
  If equipment must be repaired in workshop, we offer provision of hire equipment in the interim
  
  Management and Re-issue of high cost WorkSafe owned equipment.
• Minor Home Modifications to assist safety within client’s home including the installation of grab rails, access ramps and hand held showers.
• General customer service and support including the booking of equipment trials, catalogue orders and any generic enquiries.
