The Unique Folding Floor Bed has not only the high quality features of the Unique Floor bed, but features a folding design to allow for easy transportation and storage. Within 3 - 10 minutes this bed can be folded / unfolded with just one 18mm spanner, the castors then act as trolley wheels for ease in wheeling the folded bed to it’s destination. The newly designed moulded columns at the ends of the bed are used for height adjustment and trendelenburg tilt for drainage and positioning, they are at a compact low ‘fixed’ height so will not raise and become obtrusive with bed height adjustment. It also features a wrap around mattress platform for infection control, removable head and footboards and 100mm twin castors. It is available as a standard single or optional king single size. Standard bed recommended for use with the following mattresses: Lifecomfort regular, Lifecomfort deluxe regular or Lifecomfort pressure reducing regular. Optional accessory is the in built touch control pad which is mounted into the bed’s end column for use as a hand control. The Unique Floor Bed is available in the following configurations:
