The Thera-Turn system is a simple to use, microprocessor controlled, therapeutic Lateral Rotation and controlled Low Air Loss mattress system designed to accommodate a wide range of patient weights. Featuring a comfort layer for maximum patient care, the entire mattress is housed in medical grade fabric. The Lateral Rotation feature provides a continuous turning motion by sequentially inflating and deflating air cells to rotate the patient from their left to their right side and back. Eight lengthways air cells are individually zippered in place to maintain correct positioning, and outer edge cells (bolsters) continuously remain inflated to help support and position the patient.
